If you are a businessman who receives a lot of emails and participates to numerous meetings, then it's a good idea to organize yourself using specialized software like Microsoft Outlook. But despite the huge popularity and the large number of features this program has, it still has its downsides. One of them is the difficulty in finding certain messages or tasks in case there are many of them. Another thing is the impossibility to classify emails according to their importance. Fortunately, there is a solution to this and that's the ClearContext Pro software. This is basically an add-on for Microsoft Outlook that lets you do a lot of things that otherwise, using just MS Outlook alone, you couldn't.

The software supports almost any version of Microsoft Outlook, from 2003 to the newest Outlook 2010. Virtually any version of the Windows operating system can be used for running the program. The installation process of ClearContext Pro requires little intervention from the user and can automatically integrate with MS Outlook.

The software doesn't have an actual interface, since it integrates with Outlook. Instead, it features a simple step by step wizard that allows anyone to configure its settings. After having done this, one can use the toolbar added into the Outlook interface for accessing the software's features. These include marking email messages as important, creating tasks and appointments from certain emails or hiding certain messages until a future date.

In case the user has various projects to do, ClearContext Pro can show him which ones are overdue and allows the user to add reviews for each project.

Pros:
It can be easily integrated with any version of Outlook. Besides that, it can mark emails according to their importance and also allows scheduling tasks and appointments using email messages. Furthermore, it can hide certain emails until a certain date, displaying only the most important ones.

Cons:
The number of features is a bit limited.
